Some products sold by Sleeping Doggy are supplied and fulfilled on our behalf by selected third-party suppliers. Your purchase remains a transaction with Sleeping Doggy, and you should contact us regarding your order rather than contacting a supplier directly unless we specifically instruct you otherwise.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to your legal rights.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgement by email. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and Sleeping Doggy is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable;

• there is an obvious pricing or product-information error;

• payment cannot be authorised;

• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or

• we are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the appropriate amount.

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and include applicable UK taxes where required, unless stated otherwise.

Any delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

Where products are fulfilled by different suppliers, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate deliveries.

Our voluntary returns policy operates in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.

Please contact hello@sleepingdoggy.com before returning a product so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Because some products are fulfilled by different suppliers, the appropriate return destination may vary between products. Do not return products directly to a supplier or to an address shown on the original parcel unless we instruct you to do so.

8. Faulty or Misdescribed Products

Products supplied by us must meet the standards required by applicable UK consumer law.

11. Shopify

Sleeping Doggy's online store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides the ecommerce technology used to operate our store, but purchases made through this website are made from Sleeping Doggy rather than Shopify.

Questions concerning products, orders, deliveries, returns or refunds should therefore be directed to Sleeping Doggy.

Shopify and other service providers may also process personal information where necessary to provide the technology, payment, fulfilment and other services used to operate our store.
